It is an INTEGRATOR for milk ice creams. “Warm” and “Cold” processing.
Dosage: gr. 25/30 of Wip each liter of milk mix
Creamy
It is an INTEGRATOR for milk ice creams. “Warm” and “Cold” processing.
Dosage: gr. 50/60 of Creamy each liter of milk mix
Vegetal Fiber
For milk and fruit ice creams.
Dosage: gr. 5/15 of vegetable fibers each liter of liquid
Glucosweet (glucose powder)
De-Mix (to substitute the milk)
Isosweet (for sugar decorations)
Soft-gel (refined dextrose)
Velvet gel (to maintain soft ice cream)
